1) Madoff stole from individuals. It was a pyramid scheme. Kenyan politicians steal from the taxpayers!

2) $50 bn was the amount that maddoff told his investors the fund is worth. He did not get $50bn from them.

3) HSBC & Santander were idiots to invest with madoff. And they are no US banks.

There will always be corrupt individuals but the overall theft/corruption is much much lower than Kenya... And madoff was taken to court & will be jailed. Where are the perpetrators of DECI,sasanet (among others)?

Sorry to diappoint you but get your facts right. The USA is as big as Africa so your figures comparing to Kenya are seriously flawed.

GDP is ions away from Kenya so a guy stealing the Kenyan trillions you just mentioned cannot be compared.

1. I have to honga a cop and call it a business expense.- only happens in Kenya and maybe South Africa.

2. I have to buy you,yes you,tea for you to do your job- doesn't happen in america

3. Mungiki roams free- Even the mafia is dead in america and i only pay my taxes

4. President crys for his gal but not for turkana - would be fired in america
