Company to de-list if offer is successful.Another Kenyan Co. bites the dust at a cheap price. The Group "provides products and services to a diverse range of industries and commercial undertakings covering the transportation, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, warehousing and marine sectors". They then had a bonus of 1:4 in 2008. Those were the days. Sold out in June 2008 at KES.20 for mpesa @SufficientlyP
