Can this land even be sold? Last time it was being offered at 100k an acre less than a year ago and impossible to transfer title.

Its willing seller willing buyer lakini hio bei boss. The price range per acre around there is much much lower if taking the 60 acre blocks!!!!

Usicheke @kularaha that is the average price of the whole lot in that area. Transfer is possible it just costs about 10% of the price
