PAT has increased from 68.2M to 110.3M with EPS rising from Kshs 0.31 to Kshs 0.51 y/y.
One wonders why these results were announced shortly after the extraordinary general meeting to approve the takeover/delisting. No doubt there will be some "sellers remorse" following these results.

We were conned by thugs and they will pay our anger later. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

So what happens to dudes like who did not sell? As an investor I behave like a tick, patiently waiting on grass and larch onto the first cow that shows up. As an investor I dont behave like a tick...I jump off the the cow as soon as am fully engorged before it dies...

I did not sell. It seems they have not reached 90% acceptances for compulsory acquisition so we will remain shareholders with Dimension Data.

If you didnt sell the owners will dictate to you what they want done, given that c.m.a cleared the deal as above board. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

Acceptances received 87.5%.
I am sure Dimension Data will not run the company into the ground. On the contrary, it will grow and be more profitable...And there are laws against minority oppression. All shareholders, big or small, are to be treated equally as provided under the law. I am in for the long run unless I am enticed to sell out to Dimension Data at 20/- a share!

Why would CMA allow this data to be released to the public and yet the share/stock is not trading? Isn't it absurd and theivery? They make money using our money and go scot free to the bar! CMA should force them to declare a strip dividend to counter that!

Even if they dont de-list the share will be illiquid which is not good. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

I will pick my cash and invest elsewhere. There are over 50 counters in NSE. I will not mourn AK's exit. Aluta Continua = Forward march!!! Knock hard and it will be opened. Ask and you will be answered. Seek and you shall find.

Looks like we are going to have a healthy relationship me and Dimension. If only I added more at 5/=. Foresight..
