There was a similar story i think on NTV about a coast guy who had the same problem wear kanzu but enyewe I dont think his was 50kg. something to do with elephantiasis.
You cant win, unless you first begin....

Heard a rumour at the coast that the condition is as a result of kunyemelea bibi za wenyewe.

not a laughing matter at all, this is one of the so-called neglected diseases. Caused by a worm known as wuchereria bancrofti. The huge 'growths' are oedema (swellings) due to disruption of lymph flow in your lymphatic system.
