Who has some material on kenyan banks offering agent banking and the charges customers incur to transact as well as the percentage of commission that is shared.

I hold an account with Co-op and I often use their agents. Nice and convenient hakuna line kama ya ATM. Though I do not know how much they charge per transaction. Though its not more expensive than an ATM withdrawal.

Other Banks with Agents are Equity and KCB.

Visit Moi Avenue, ART banking agencies, next to safaricom customer care. I saw charges for equity agents displayed there. Withdrawing 20k costs 145/=.

KCB mtaani agents charge even for deposits. Equity agents don't charge deposits.
