I recently terminated a policy with BRITAM. The branch manager promised me that i will get my money after 7 days via EFT. Its now 21 days and whenever i cal them they claim that the systems are down. The question is, how did this company use to operate before computers??
In this 21st century, is it possible for a profit-making company to have faulty systems for more than a week??
if i can make a phone call through their reception at head office...is this a clear indication that systems are working??
