The only problem is the Chinese will collapse/lower the prices after making a decent profit from first buyers hence one feels cheated if you bought at 6.3 Mio and one later buys a similar property at 5.5 mio.

The ones in Highrise are located in e riparian area and for long had a retracted battle with nema and this is Kenya so they got the approval to go ahead and build so occasionally floods when Nairobi river/Dam overflows.

For the Greatwall apartments there has been issues with water Supply.Apparently developer retained the water supply and after that increased the rates indiscriminately.Consider availability of alternative water source as you decide.
