It has become a theory that majority companies do announce the intent to use funds to grown or expand business just a few days before release of FY perfomance. Is Centum using the two Rivers project to retain the Dividends and probably issue bonus shares again? Will 2014 be the year of marathon buying and stock rise probably to 70/= as special dividend may be on the offing? The stock has move to 22/= by 2013 and wonder if i failed to buy when it was at 14.
With Mworia coming out and saying the project is on, he must have seen great returns.

Marathon still on, today it has touched 24, meaning that it is on a level ground moving wisely and keeping safe much of its energy for June final stretch.
Centum has the money to enable it bring up the two river projects. What we may not be aware is the project is already 3/4 sold and money is with Centum. First week on June I foresee touchin highs of 28/= and at the end of June 32/= where it used to leverage.

Hehehheeee, in real business we take Risks, and is that risk that we extend to bear us profits. Do you remember Centum when it was ICDC hammering 500 /=? The likes of Equity brains, family bank brains, transcentury brains, Britam brains may be using this as a vehicle to mint money. Mworia has the money. Didn't you see how Tatu city fever made some people millions when Eegands was seen as a benefactor?

>What is the progress of the court case regarding its bottling companies which are facing a tax demand of KES 5bn? Note Centum’s carrying value in the four bottlers represents 28% of total assets, 20% of profits and 2% of cash flows for the year to 31st March 2012 which is quite significant. I actually recall Centum saying that this could affect the going concern of the bottling companies

Asset managers usually charge a fixed management fee of 1% - 2.5% of the total portfolio value...

They also charge a performance fee of 10% - 25% of profits earned in a particular preiod. This is depends on the funds perfomance and is usually charged after beating a basic benchmark...

This company issued KES 3B bond recently. Expect interest expense to depress earnings #FYR_Expectations
