insuarance Stock or Bank Stock

Hey Wazuans, whats the best stock to buy Insuarance firms or bank firms. Am told stock of insuarance firms depends on the performance of the bond and stocks. However counters such as Kenya RE,CIC,Pan Africa seems very stable.On the other hand banking stock seems to perform really well.CFC,COOP. Whats the best bargain?
