Like seriously?? And the way siku hizi its hire and fire. I think employers should start asking for a diploma in housekeeping and catering. Nxt utaski we pay nhif for them.
If only they work without conditions of asking how many kids one has and if u use a washing machine for laundry???

The same company who wants to retrench 500 workers will have employees walking door to door checking out mambochs.....do they have any idea the cost of carrying out a census????

You are in worse trouble than NSSF issue. Does she have a work permit?

Do they have an age requirement? Coz another approach will be to employ 55yrs and above.
I do not remember my employer registering me for NSSF i took my behind there and registered so how come they expect me register her?
Gok haiwesmake on this one.

While at it: When I got my 1st job my employer did not register me with NSSF but asked me to go to there, register and bring the card. I did that. In a similar way, the house helps and shamba/caretaker should go and and queue on thier own and bring me the cards. If they don't register themselves, sio makosa yangu..........Or NSSF should consider doing a door to door registration as opposed to wasting that time and money doing a msako...

unless you give your house help a contract - how will they even prove you have employed them.
but I guess they will just visit the high end estates where the mido class live - since the same class can be frightened easily they will all troop to the nssf offices and start remitting the cash
