I always wondered how they got their names... areas before Late Mutula's Susu centre on your way to Masaku town. Did they ever do anything to the feeder roads?

Miwani - The place had thorny bushes.
Kenya Israel - My guess is that some Israelis had settled there.

Why would you want a plot there, i thot the place is abit crowded? Anyway, best of luck

The place has a high development potential. It is just a few metres from the proposed new city of Machakos (to be put on the showground side) and to Alfred Mutua's offices where most likely the county headquarters will be constructed. There is a serious shortage of good housing in Macha so I am accumulating several plots for development later. Was there sato and the new Govenor is moving with speed to provide water to the county - already water pipes are being laid in Miwani and Kenya Israel. Water will be supplied from Maruba dam.

^^^@TPK Thanks for the insight, I lived in Macha sometimes back. Do you think that Machakos city will attract investors esp given that Konza is a few minutes away? Anyway again thank you.

Macha has reasonaly priced land and is already attracing investors, it has all the major banks and large supermarkets and recently Devki steel mills set up a plant there. Distance will not be an issue as Konza is not far away.

Yes, I was lucky to get some plots there last year before the launch of the city which has distorted prices. Contact a mzee called Joseph 0700710347 who has helped me hunt for plots there.
50*100 in Kenya Israel (within a range of 300 m from the main road) and with title was going for 1.2 m last year, I think now it should be around 1.6 m. In Miw'ani (1 km range from main road) a similar plot should now cost around 1.3 m from 900k last year. All the best in your hunt.
