I have heard there is a company which may be delisting from NSE soon. Any idea which one it is? anyone?

If its about float how come Portland Cement...Limuru Tea...Eaagaads etc are not on this list? All those counters he mentioned trade on an everyday basis....when the last time did Limuru Tea trade at the NSE & how many shares?
