Anyone with infor regarding land opposite msa cement factory..msa rd just before the kitengela/athi river tunnel?
Was there today and noted mabati low end structures coming up. No titles but all the land is already subdivided.
Had been taken as a potential investor...slum lord kind off
I have turned down the offer coz i cant deal without ownership guarantee
Interested to know ownership and any other infor might save someone.....
