This deal was off a long time ago, way before the executives went infront of the cameras!

Lo! This market is due for a correction. Almost all companies announcing profits less than recent appreciate, Kenya debt growing, and IEBC looking a tad disorganized.

With one part of the SELL decision materialized let's see the results & look for value in the BS coz enyewe..bottom line will mostly likely be a large turn off.

This is the perfect time for Segman to release those FY12 numbers. Hakuna haja ya kungoja. Let the market digest both sets of news at the same time...

This share is a buy at any price below 9...although there will be a loss for 2012 it is good to note the loss will be mainly due to forex hedging and not a trading loss.

The Directors of KenolKobil Limited ("the Company") whose shares are traded on the Nairobi Securities Exchange ("NSE") wish to advice the general public, shareholders and other stakeholders that they have been informed by the Key Shareholders' Financial Adviser, Kestrel Capital Ltd, that the negotiations with Puma Energy regarding a potential acquisition of control Shareholding in the Company, have been terminated.

Aguy, I honestly don't think it comes as too much of a shock. I think there were obvious signs. As someone said, Segman's silence was too loud. Plus the lack of progress on commercial disputes was very unnerving as well...
