Hi all,

I am looking for a business partner to invest sh.900k to get a 40% stake in my salon in Westlands.

Statistics:
1. I have invested almost sh. 1.5m in the whole project.
2. I have brought up the business from revenue of sh.55k to 160k in the last 7 months. I have broken even just in January.
3. I have invested in employees:- 3 hairdressers, 2 beautician and 1 masseuse. Cost of 1 hairdreeser in Westlands is btw. 70-200k depending on their business.
4. I have all the necessary equipment to run this business.

Basically, the partner's money is just a cash injection to buy more hairdressers. Salary paid is commission based.

The more the number of hairdressers we have the more our revenue.

Hi,

Interesting. However I don't understand what you mean by "buying" hairdressers. Is it the same as "poaching". Else, please contact me on synergiainvestments@gmail.com

@blueman check your email @synergia hairdressers are usually paid on a commission basis mostly 50/50. So if a hairdresser has good clientelle who can make them lets say sh.100,000 pm then this means that 50k is yours and 50k theirs. Such hairdressers are not easy to get in your salon except if you are ready to "buy" them or pay them a sort of goodwill.
