is there anyone with info on those Wilmary houses on Thika road.

the ones Opposite where Nakumatt used to be.... who are the developers and selling agents

The Developer is Willmary Developers and they are the same people selling. They have an office on site you can visit them

Last time i heard they were going for 15m is it true and if so i think they are over valued i would never buy such for that kind of money.serious if they were rental how much would one pay pay month?

It is probably one of the best Thika Road locations. For value and convenience combined. Especially once Actis and EABL office buildings are completed.
