Making egg trays

I am interested in starting a community based paper recycling project in which one of the products we produce is egg trays and one of my objectives is to sell them at a lower price than the competition .
I just want to find out from those in the know is there a big demand for egg trays, what is the current market price for egg trays and who should i focus on as my primary target market.
