S350 is leased to an expatriate so he fuels it and pays me and despite being the owner I have used it personally for only 12 days.Hard times indeed.

When did the 3 gentlemen start having an effect on world petroleum prices?

The reason oil prices went down is because China has cut its growth target for the current year hence reducing its demand for petroleum and many other commodities.

Additionally, the US has been steadily increasing its oil production and the news that it is about to exploit its huge reserves of Shale sent a signal that oil prices must come down.
