40-60% returns week 1. Why is 75%+ of the entire NSE market chasing this counter in its debut week? How long does it take any serious competition to rattle this counter?..

Prices will continue going up this week until all the refund cash is used and then from next week come down a bit. Long term investors should keep their shares whereas speculators should think of selling this week ikiisha!!

with the going home of the financial director,we are not sure what this will do to the share price. he will be replaced by one celtel nigeria subsidiary.

The real measure of wealth is how much you'd be worth if you lost all your money.

For the CFO to go or not to go is not necessarily of impact to Safcom..nor its share price..he's incharge of investor relations..plus its retirement..not quitin out of discontent! The future of this share is such that it is under so much scrutiny n too much analysis that it is becomin paralysed!...plus guys are missin out on other 'buses' coz of just focussin on Safcom. Most buyin is not speculative..meanin more and more are buyin to hold thus gradually reducin supply..with time it will pick up but the process is marginal..up a few cents over time but consistently. I'm convinced 9-10 at time co-op bank comes. Just ignor it for now n consider takin positions in Access,CMC,cfc, equity,Mumias,n for income lovers..total k.

'..and it came to pass..' so did we!
This market will probably outlive us. Wacha pupa!!u can't have it all.

A lot of the current supply (and it is a lot with 2 shares being supplied for each 1 on bid)will be from those who borrowed loans to buy the IPO trying to panic sell so they can settle out.

Fundamentally,Safcom will be the same business that you bought during the IPO for at least another 12 months...
