A quick search on the net led me to Sileo in Evergreen, Kiambu road. Their kits are abit small, it would take two or three refills to get the job done in round 1

@MUKIRI : were you successful in finding one of these locally? I would like to purchase but can't seem to find them anywhere. I've tried calling Sileo and they said they don't sell (they're website is unfortunately not even active anymore).

It is a fad, unless you have chronic constipation, in which case its a course of treatment. ..very appealing to gullible people who want to lose weight without breaking a sweat. A doc once told me if your gut gets disturbed by food toxins, you produce a torrent of diarrhoea and jettison that crap straight out, the liver removes the rest and its back to normal. But you know what they say, a sucker is born every minute. Each to his own I guess.

My personal opinion is that it's an unnecessary if potentially dangerous fad.

Doc, I try to limit its use to a few days into a Only-Liquids-Diet. I also hold the same opinion that enemas can be damaging and should be handled with alot of care(if one should choose to go down that route).

It always surprises me how much waste matter the body stores up. A week or so into it and with no feeling of bowel movement, yet an enema produces solid poop!

My disclaimer is, that even then, I'll limit it to when I'm feeling lethargic and weak. Then I know that toxins that need to come out are slipping back into the blood system.
