is there anyone who has had a bad experience with sms banking provioded by family bank?
i registered for the serviice and was assuerd that within 24 hours,It will be active. one week later and three calls every day,i was yet to be activated. everytime i called,i was assured that the isseu was sorted.
i walked there and got it activated.
But now,the challenge is,the so called sms banking send me alerts after 48 hours. i have talked practically with everyone in my branch,i have requested for dactivation of the service,i have been assured by the branch manager but wapi,everytime a transaction takes place in my account,i am sent an sms after 48 hours.
Anyone out there with such predicament?
They have a nice account where you can deposit money directly from your mpesa account but their sms banking is a big let down. and,to make it worse,they don't understand the service.
