Let's say I wanted to package a beverage (such as water or fruit juice). How would I go about packaging?
Large firms such as coke, afya, delmonte probably have their own bottling plants, but what about smaller players? They can't each have their own plants, that sounds expensive... Are there firms that offer packaging as a service?
Which raises another question - is the production site the very same as the bottling/packaging site, which in Nairobi is around Industrial area? I don't think I've ever seen a refrigerated lorry, which I assume would be the best way to transport such stuff...
What if I only wanted to serve a very specific community outside Nairobi? What would be my options?
