Do we have members in this forum? how efficient are they in loan processing(i.e. Like how long)?I wish to join them in anticipation of taking a loan in september 2009 .will this be possible if i join now?

Hi Pennywise,

Its a very reliable SACCO.For you to qualify for a loan in September,you need to join & make monthly contributions ASAP.ie before next week.Its a requiremenr for all SACCOs to be a member for a period of not less than six months.

Mhasibu sacco is one of the best managed sacco. membership is only for accountants,their spouse or employee of audit firms. their loan policy is that all applications are received from 1st to 10th processing is done from 11th to 20th and cheques disbursed from 21st to 30th. It happens every month without fail. No liquidity issues.

Once you join,you will find other exciting opportunities like MICL and Mhasibu land buying co.,the two are also professionally run. Trust me i am a member.

A colleague of mine had me briefed on another Sacco. 'Ukiristo na Ufanisi' administered by Emmanuel church in Kawangware. It serves all sorts of people' christians and non christians alike.All you need to join is to form a cell of 5 people and you go to them for registration.you may need an introduction from a member.
My colleague has been in the sacco for 6 years and it has served him well.
Membership is open to all n sundry,so you get Mama Mboga in the same interaction with Accountants,Land lords,engineers,Business executives and Jua kali's all blended together.
Registered with cooperatives and run by professional church volunteers.

those fishing for sacco can consider this one... if you meet the criteria....meanwhile,did any of you participate in the plots nxt to windsor... deadline was feb09... just wondering if it was fully subscribed
