I know there is a serious Green card problem in thika. Got it after a long wait a few weeks ago. You would rather deal with the issue Kenya way - sad but the reality.

True this kenyan way works all the time but if you think your property is at risk..talk to the registrar for a quik replacement to quiken the transaction.this also involves the kenyan way of doing biz. next time you buy a property make sure you get a certified copy of the greencard with a seal from the registry,together with your title.this is important because incase of loss or tampering your copy can be used as the office sorts itself.
