Ali here again. Someone tell me, I bought some plot sometime back and was given a ballot number as well as the transfer letter. I paid transfer fees with the land buying company and has been postponing the Title deed processing process.
Two months ago, I misplaced the ballot, the transfer letter. Would want to restart the process. Where do I start? Just seeking advice from the many professionals in wazua like Githuku.
