all they know is making laws and punishing poor people. Do you believe you can change people behaviors by forcing them to pay heavy fines. How do you punish a dead driver? Whenever a problem occures in our country instead of people sitting down and thinking how they will comeup with a solution , all they think about is how they are going to make more money out of those problems. its not only reckless driving that can causes accident. bad roads{small roads and pot-holes} and pedestrian they have also contributed alot and yet no body speaks about that.
If you are going to be thinking only one thing, you might as well be thinking big. -Donald J . Trump

That heft fine is good news to traffic police...now their wallets have fattened. I believe they will no longer be accepting something like 100/= but more than 500/=
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

at least majority of matatus have seat belts, most conductors and drivers wear a uniform, seating capacity is more comfortable, most matatus don't allow passengers to stand ...

at least some people care, majority of the rules at least the most visible ones are still in use
