My father took mortgage from a bank for buying a house in Nairobi. Mortgage was taken long ago and it was all paid about 7 years ago.

One year ago my father passed away and property is under banks name, But we had taken the document from bank long ago that all dues were paid and there is no outstanding balance.

Now we need to transfer property on our name.

What steps should we take?
I want to be a millionaire.

I suggest that you see a lawyer for two things:
1. Redeem the house from mortgage
2. Get letters of administration for your father's estate.
