Why are you selling it if its such profitable. Employ staff to run it for you if you have no time to manage it.

At the risk of sounding naive and while I don't hold brief for the thread starter, aren't there ever occasions when owners of profitable businesses dispose of them?

there are. e.g. Need to invest in more profitable/lower risk ventures.

I think as expressed by some members so many businesses that are sold are profitable. Unless an IPO is not sale of Part of a business.
