Many people are losing expensive electronics though KPLC's incompetence. Our items are getting damaged by power surges and KPLC is getting away scot free.
People need to form an association or something because the only to tackle this issue is with numbers. My friend's fridge amongst other items blew up and cannot be repaired. He went to complain and was asked to bring a receipt plus get it evaluated. Now the dilema was the fridge was a wedding gift and has no receipt,what do you do in such circumstances? Anyone knows?
