Have a rela who bought his plot from Kawaha Sukari Limited in 1987 and is yet to get her title. Been chasing for the same since 2006, with no progress; just the usual story of delays at lands office. Any body bought land there and having the same problem?

I am in the same boat. I bought a plot in 2008, I have been chasing the title deed since. The guy responsible a one Kingoori keep telling lie after lie. His 100GB brain is overflowing with porkies. I will be engaging a lawyer next week to do the chasing and I will let you know outcome

I bought one there and managed to get a title in 3 months. Maybe you can give your email address I write to you.

The Nyakinyua ones I am not aware how they process their titles, but I'll ask and if it is possible I'll inform you.

@Rongla,

True, dealing with the same Kingoori, who is very uncouth, taking personal calls, when you are waiting to be served.Giving stories of delays at lands office, ati the wrong Commissioner of Lands signed the documents and was replaced, and they have to resubmit the documents more than once. No details of when the resubmissions have been done.

Please let know of your progress and thanks in advance.

Am having the same problem.....! Bought the plot in 2009 until now with no title.........Don't know whether to build or not. All my neighbours have built, some mansions with no title in hand! Is it the right thing to do?
