The one on the left is John Gitari Ndambiri, the one on the right is Stephen Munene, the one in the middle is the VICTIM. They stole an Eric's Toyota Allion early this year. By God's grace he managed to get it back. They are closely working with the Police to swindle innocent Kenyans.

This victim comes across as some super-moron.

When shall we stop looking for easy money in Kenya?

How in Gods name do you turn a car deal into a property deal? It's good he was conned. Ili iwe funzo kwake.

There is a serious issue here of people being far from problem solvers...as long as they are not involved most of us don't care. How then do we stop these thugs???

richdad conmen don't live in a vacuum.

Most prey on the greedy. In this case, this guy thought he was being clever by half only to find out he was being conned.

I just don't see how you take a car deal and morph it into a land deal without you being one of those guys with a Deci mentality.

I thought the guy had been hijacked, robbed or even had these guys take his log book and changed it. But alas, he travelled with people he didn't know to Embu. To do what? He may have been planning on conning them too.

When the deal is too good. Run....Otherwise, stay there get scammed. Shauri Yako.

Laughing out loudly

This usually happens to first timers in matters relating to land, jobs, and motor vehicles.

painful experience but necessary in future "deals"

How desperate can one get. The participants are too many for one not to suspect something. This guy conned himself if you ask me, too naive.

I don't think this guy can be helped in any way. There are things you may excuse for his being a first timer. But what about things like endangering his life by not only traveling all the way to Embu with complete strangers but even arranging to meet them late in the evening and further insisting that he wanted to go spend at their homes when he had already realised they were con-men?

Extremely naive. A guy wanted to sleep in a stranger's house?

'connee turned conner.'
I haven't read the story cz the pic is stressful to the mind, especially the trousers!
But I discovered that it's greed which makes people get conned.

In the city centre there's a brown, decent looking woman probably in her 40's or 50's.
Curled hair and carries a neat bag.Smart lady.
She's been in the city since I left high school Met her a couple of times repeating the same old story I heard years back.>>looking for direction/lost money.
Her composure, humble and calm nature makes people stop to help her with cash.
smooth talking operator.

She almost beat me up after I exposed her one day LOL.Took to my heels. Beware!! usichapwe

Anyway, being gullible is a gift to some.
