Do you know of anyone who has gone through the Peak Performance's programmes? Particularly the ones for young (school going)people? Would you recommend them? Please share your experiences.

I have not gone through the one for the you people but went through the one dubbed 'walk on fire'. There is a lot of practical training on building self esteem and discovering once potential.
