Its 3 years now since Mhasibu Ruiru phase1 sold out with a promise for titles within 6 Months. Does anyone know why this project has never materialized. The officials seem to have twisted explanations for the delays. Its really frustrating and credibility loss for Mhasibu

Three years? You need to demand for answers this might not be as a result of the legendary "thika lands office"
