Microwave.. Kaa kando!

To avoid a cell phone, is the problem

Herad this story 5 years ago from a health conscious relative mpaka karibu aanze kula nyasi.
Taught me how to inspect meat in butchery,that coke leaves toilet bowl sparkling clean,I ate beetroot,ginger damn I almost became a gazelle.
Now to Microwave.He told me that it causes radiation which poisons food.
Few years later I doubt. His wife suffered cancer yet they are the most health conscious guys on earth eating nothing processed.
Radiation from what I know is energy release.
Not all radiation is bad. Hata simu/iron box does it.
I understand what cause cancer is ionisation when radiation takes place? am no scientist so correct me.
Microwave radiation heats up h20 molecules in food which inturn warms up the entire food.No ionisation takes place here.
If microwave causes cancer then blame the type of microwave and what it emmits.

I am old fashioned nway.

Is that coke thing true? anybidy tried it?
