There is a huge chunk of land in Ruiru,exactly 3kms from Ruiru town along Githunguri road. Its a coffee plantation called Tassia coffee estate,which according to rumours belong to Stanley Githunguri. The area is not developed but many people are interested to buy. I understand Deliverance church is organizing for their faithfuls to buy at Kes.250K per an eighth of an arce.
Is this a viable investment? Pls advise
