Just read the article on Judges and i remembered seeing several directors sleeping during AGMs...

AGMs are long and boring;-)

But if you are too tired to attend, just stay at home. Ama they just turn up to bag directors fees?

Question is, if they during AGMs in front of their shareholders, can you imagine what they do when they have directors meetings to strategies on business that should earn you money...

I'm with you, Jamani. If I saw a director sleeping during an AGM, I'd have serious questions about the quality of corporate governance.
