A client of mine informed his intention to dispose of his plot in eistleigh first avenue @ 50m and he is looking for a serious buyer immediately.
If anyone out there thinks can afford this or can get a good buyer get in touch.
He is offering good commision for this work.

How big is the plot,where is it located (1st avenue runs from juja road to jogoo road) and are their any structures built on the plot?

I am tempted to believe that this is a hoax. Eastleigh is a gold mine for the pirates. You just need to stand next to the plot with a for sale placard and in no time you will have enough offers but not at 50 M,say 20-30 M with the way i know Eastleigh property sub market.
