A client of mine informed his intention to dispose of his plot in eistleigh first avenue @ 50m and he is looking for a serious buyer immediately.

I am tempted to believe that this is a hoax. Eastleigh is a gold mine for the pirates. You just need to stand next to the plot with a for sale placard and in no time you will have enough offers but not at 50 M,say 20-30 M with the way i know Eastleigh property sub market.
