importing a car duty free

anyone who know categories of people who are tax exempt on importing a car,i heard from a colleague saypeople with disabilities are under this category,i dont know whether this is true

IMO, the vehicle has to be designed for the said disability.
Just my thinking.

KRA website details all that, an NO, they are not exempt AFAIK

unless they changed, I did import last year duty free, just a normal car but you have to modify the car before kra releases it from the port.

there are conditions attached to it otherwise every kenyan, knowing what they are like, would have used this option to avoid paying taxes.
