With the posting a Sh1.6 billion net profit in the six months to June 2012, reversing a net loss of Sh197.6 million in the same period last year. I foresee this share going up to 12 bob by March next year.

I am one of those who invested heavily inspite of being warned here by some wazuans.

Not for long,it will come down after sometime...but if there full year will be as good it will go the distance.

I think the price will move up and most likely stabilize at the IPO price. It has been too low..

ditto !

The half year posting gave a lifeline to the stock atleast to rally at IPO price. With the enry of the company to the real estate, we are likely to see the profitability increase by a single digit next year which will mean the price will hold at less than sh 12 for the next 2 years.
