I am selling a plot (1/8) I had purchased with mhasibu housing at Juja. They have already issued us with the certificates of completion,with plot allocations to be done before Dec. I consulted with their office today and they will allocate and process the title deed under the buyer, upon transfering the ownership. I require the cash for another opportunity asap. Asking-550k.
