Of course owning land is one of those things on a typical Kenyan mind. Hii shares ni makaratasi tu!
My big question is how to go about buying land in places where even the owner (seller) does not have a title. Say a settlement scheme in Trans Nzoia.
Anybody with experiences? what are the do's and don'ts should one opt to buy an acre or so in this sort of transaction?
