Best way to kill stray dogs

Guys, I need advise on the most effective way to kill stray dogs. They are such a nuisance in my neighborhood and are spreading diseases. Animal health guys are not responding.

I hear,although this method Murdered my best dog,Tobacco(the one mungiki sniffs) kills dogs in days...I dont know how its administered..I Think it is applied on Meat.

I will try that. We tried using broken glass fragments on waste food, the dogs ate became sick for a few days but came back stronger.

When I was young and wild, we used to some little cement in their food.

Ensure they eat the food asap.
