The problem is that Angola is basically a very poor country with massive cash flowing from oil. When you have too much money with no vision, you end up with this thing. I hear apartment prices begin at $125,000 (Kshs 10.6m) and they have thousands of them. Normal Angolans simply cannot afford them at all.

And the whole thing cost $3.5B (Kshs 297B)
