Do any of you think this post is awarded to anyone based on Merit? Haji was simply serving the system. The current system knowshe will serve it faithfully to the end. This is what matters. Otherwise we would not be having Mr. 'Eat rats' as finance minister. Just saying

I think the guy is ok.....None of the so called ministers is worth the salt...some try and i think this one is doing alright

He should have appointed the guy full minister...hapo kwa consultation, it gets hot under the collar, and this may be a case in point...
