my car alarm has jammed.I suspect Battery is low. Where can I get batteries in CBD or around nairobi hospital?

Call Chloride exide, I recall an advert, whereby they said they deliver? Could also try Battery Kilo Joules; 0725 775555? Took this number a while back in an advert; don't know whether they are still there. They also said they deliver?
