When you call customer care in these offices take down the name of the person you spoke to and follow it up with them cz its very annoying to keep repeating the same story to every t,d and h at customer care.Rem u aren't the only one complaining.
Then keep calling and ask to speak to that specific person.That's what I do and I save their contacts for future ref.
Or better still walk in there and don't leave till u get sorted.
Then these guys who were installing the meters don't work for KPLC!They are electricians on contract.Well that's what they told me.So why ask them to rectify a problem that is purely kplc's?
