What do you do when you are handed over a 10,000sqft empty shop on one of the busiest roads in town, when you have very little capital or not much ideas on what to invest?? any ideas???

Simple. You tell the person who handed it to you he/she handed it to the wrong person!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

It doesnot help to put someone down. That is why he is asking. If he had those ideas he would not have posted. Lets stop this negative mentality in Wazua.

make a flea market. Kind of like before stalls were partitioned. Each trader only needs to come with his own table and sell his wares without partitions. Simple.
No capital required.
Kazi ni kuka hapo kwa entrance na stool na kitabu hard cover ya ku record rental income. Period.

Its an answer with a question mark at the end.
If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.
