Currently behind bars at Muthaiga police station!!!!.....has something to with him being in possession of classified documents!

I don't think but he must be very close with those who had it because he posted it on his blog immeduately it was tabled in parliament!!!

.....Funny Robert Alai accused him of being the author and he had been seeking the arrest of Alaoi over the same!!!

Another twist coming up, that he broke into the ICC website....I remember him revealing the names of witnesses!!!

lets not get kenyan journalistic here. I doubt if ICC website has the names of witnesses. Any webmaster would tell you that that is not a likely scenario.

The more likely scenario is that icc witness emails were hacked. Or even better, attempted to hack into the website and his ass was found out. If you ever logged into wazua, twitter or facebook with your home computer, office computer or even phone, you can be found.

I keep on warning guys here to be careful what they say and do online. The only way you are safe is if you know what you are doing. Most don't.

I am sure he's gonna scream "freedom of the press" or something to that effect.

why I'm i not surprised that journalists and ihubbers on twitter even consider hacking the ICC website as a place to get any kind of info?

All i have to do to hack your email account is borrow your laptop for a few seconds and I will get that fancy password you have. Or give you my flashdisk with a keylogger and I will have access to all your data. Or better buy you a beer after which you will tell me the names of your kids, your mom and girlfriends then add 123 to them.

The only problem is that if I hack into your gmail, Google has all the data of who logged in, where and for how long they've been doing it. I'm sure Google has no problem giving up such information to the ICC.

But he shouldn't lie that he hacked into the ICC website and got info. As there is no info there.

True @Alma, that the most likely scenario.

Just a thought:Assuming he tried or succeeded in accessing the emails accounts (That in itself, i'm convinced is a crime)means he knew the suspects names or email ID before hand- by which means, I don't want to speculate.

Secondly (And assuming again he is privy to the info), It means he has information which can be used against him, but most of us have been quick to allude the same as mere fabrication.

So what could be the probable charges..............Plus those who thinks they can hide under anonymity, that being naive
