so, why do rich people think that they can build on public land and get away with it?! the other time they were complaining ati the road is dangerous because cars will hit their kids..WTH?! (LINK-- Runda Mansions May Be Demolished)

The rich characters have no reason to go to court. They are same ones who corrupted the land system, hence their case should NEVER lead to compensation. I do not feel anything for them.

Around 2003-4, a very big house with an African map shaped swimming pool was demolished to pave way for Northern By-pass. It is alleged that it belonged to one MPig, Lenny Kivuti. This character was a surveyor in the ministry of Public Works (Roads) in the late 70s and early 80s and hence he knew or had access to records showing road reserves.
